About
A resume and a gut call shouldn’t decide who runs a program.
On a defense or aerospace program, the people decide how the work goes. Most hiring for those programs still runs on a resume and an unstructured interview.
Why Vantage exists
Small and midsize defense and aerospace contractors run technical programs with lean teams. The manager hiring for a program is often doing it alongside the program itself, with little time and a resume that says less than they need to know.
Vantage is built for that manager.
Where it comes from
Vantage’s founder worked in active-duty environments involving satellites and rockets, and worked closely with the civilian teams and the people running those programs.
That experience shaped the belief Vantage is built on: the people on a program shape how it performs.
What we believe
Programs are delivered by the people on them. Strong teams give customers more reason to trust the company behind them.
What we’re building
For a role, start with the requirements, ask every candidate the same questions, and write down why you made the hire.
Vantage prepares the decision. A person makes it.

We’ll walk you through Vantage with demo data and talk about the roles you have open.
