Privacy policy

Last updated 30 September 2026

This policy explains what the Vantage website collects when you visit it or ask for a demo, and what happens to it. It covers this website only, not the Vantage hiring product itself.

  1. 1What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your work email, your company, the kinds of roles you are hiring for, and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you visit, the service that hosts this site receives the technical information any website receives, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request, so that it can deliver and protect the site. Pages also load a typeface from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address with that request.

This site’s own pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The scheduling service described below may set its own.

  2. 2How we use it

We use what you send through the demo form to reply to you, arrange a time, and prepare the demo. We do not sell it.

  3. 3Who else handles it

Your demo request is sent to our team by email, through an email delivery service. It is not stored in the Vantage hiring product.

After you send a demo request, a scheduling service may be shown on the page so you can pick a time. We pass it your name and email to fill in its form. It also receives your IP address and the details you give it there, may set its own cookies, and handles all of this under its own privacy policy.

  4. 4How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept in the inbox of the team that handles them, for as long as we need them to follow up with you. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

  5. 5Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, write to us through the form on our demo page and tell us what you need.

  6. 6Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
